P Frank Williams the television producer and director and former The Source magazine journalist who interviewed the likes of Eazy E, Suge Knight and 2Pac was on the Willie D podcast show and spoke on 2Pac’s brawl with Orlando Anderson that eventually led to his demise.
Shocking to many, Williams says that 2Pac was out of pocket for jumping Orlando Anderson.
Frank Williams was the supervising producer on the documentary Who Shot Biggie And 2Pac about the lives and deaths of NOTORIOUS B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur and he personally knew 2Pac having interviewed him while he was alive for The Source magazine.

There are various conspiracy theories on 2Pac’s murder. From it was the government, It was Suge Knight, to it was staged by 2Pac and that he’s actually alive and living somewhere outside the country, among others.
However P Frank Williams makes it clear that he believes in no such conspiracy theories when it comes to 2Pac’s murder.
To him it’s clear who killed 2Pac and why. He explains that 2Pac was killed by Orlando Anderson (view video for more).
Though 2Pac was his friend, Williams states that 2Pac was out of pocket for jumping Orlando Anderson.
