LA’s DJ Hed Sends Drake A Heated Warning

LA’s DJ Hed sends Drake a heated warning.

What up y’all! Today, we’ve got a hot topic from the heart of the LA hip-hop scene. We’re talking about DJ Hed, a major player on the Los Angeles radio waves, and a warning he’s sent out to none other than Drake. You don’t want to miss this one!

For those who don’t know, DJ Hed, born in Carson, California, is a huge deal on the Los Angeles radio scene. He might not be a household name nationally, but in LA, he’s a big deal and he’s a key figure on Real 92.3, one LA’s major hip-hop stations.

Though DJ Hed is not directly involved in producing or engineering Kendrick Lamar’s music, he has played an important role in promoting Kendrick Lamar and his work primarily through his radio platform slot.

DJ HED’S RELATIONSHIP WITH KENDRICK LAMAR

As we know, DJ Hed curated the opening set at Kendick Lamar’s historic and iconic Pop Out concert that took place in Inglewood, California on Juneteenth, 2024. During his set he brought out many of LA’s elite Hip Hop figures.

But perhaps the most memorable moment of the historic concert was Kendrick Lamar performing the Drake diss hit song, Not Like Us.

And he did so, not once, but 5 times in a row to close out the historic concert at the Forum in Inglewood.

DJ HED’s WARNING TO DRAKE

DJ Hed said he did not see the 5 times in a row performance of Not Like Us coming. He reveals if there was any talks of Drake before the concert. Listen (watch video).

DJ Hed recently made an appearance on the Bootleg Kev podcast, where he sent a message of solitude to Drake.

But it didn’t end there. He also had a heated warning for the Canadian rapper, saying he would get eviscerated (watch video).

Eviscerated? That’s pretty hard. Eviscerated means to remove a person or animal’s internal organs, such as their heart, lungs and stomach.

So, what do you think about DJ Hed’s message to Drake?

Is he right in advising Drake to stick to making hit songs and avoid getting entangled in Hip Hop cultural disputes? And what do you think Drake’s next move will be?
