Kurupt Reacts To Kendrick Lamar Not Like Us Drake Diss Record

West Coast Hip Hop legend Kurupt is no stranger to rap beefs. The former Death Row Records artist has been around numerous rap beefs dating back to his Death Row days when they were at odds with Eazy E, starting in the early 90’s.

And In 1995, during the controversial East Coast West Coast war, alongside Snoop Dogg and Daz, they dropped the New York, New York song and in the music video Snoop Dogg kicked down some of New York’s most monumental buildings. That was not received well in New York, to say the least.

And in 1999 on his Life Is A Mutha studio album Kurupt closes out the album with a diss record, Calling Out Names. On the song he dissed DMX, Ja Rule, Foxy Brown, among others.

KURUPT HEARS NOT LIKE US FOR FIRST TIME

However, as of today, the 51 year old Kurupt is completely oblivious to rap beefs and disses. Kurupt was on the Bootleg Kev podcast show along with Daz and had no idea about the highly publicized Kendrick Lamar and Drake rap beef.

Bootleg Kev and the other half of Tha Dogg Pound, Daz had to explain it to him.

One of the many gems during the interview was Bootleg Kev playing Kendrick’s Not Like Us to Kurupt for the first time and getting his raw and uncut reaction.

KURUPT SENDS MESSAGE TO BOTH KENDRICK AND DRAKE

After Kurupt heard the song, and having been involved in some rap wars, he had some strong words for both Kendrick Lamar and Drake. If y’all not gonna fight, stop it!

However, Kurupt definitely seems to have taken a liking to the Kendrick Lamar song.

With that said this is definitely a reaction that Kendrick Lamar would care to see.

That’s because Kendrick Lamar in a 2013 interview cited Kurupt as one of his three most significant influences, alongside 2Pac and Ice Cube.

What is your reaction to Kurupt’s reaction of Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” Drake diss?
