He was recently on the Math Hoffa podcast and he was asked about his brash and assertive personality. Specifically they questioned Dame Dash on the tone of his delivery.
DAME’S APPROACH QUESTIONED
Dame Dash was asked, “Do you ever think about the way you approach disseminating the information that you do? Maybe you catch more flies with honey instead of s*it.”
Dame responds: “I don’t think about that type of s*it. Let me just say this. When I speak, I’m just saying how I feel. I don’t say I’m right, I’m just saying how I feel. My eyes sometimes change based on information I learn. I’m not stuck in any way.”

The thing that’s unattractive about Dame Dash and his information has always been the delivery. Have you ever considered, is this something you’re aware of and have you ever thought to change it?
Dame responds: “So I’m about effectiveness and regardless. The thing about people being taught, you can’t tell someone that’s teaching you something that you don’t know how to tell you. And a lot of times I’ve said things a lot of different ways very nicely but no one’s heard me. Remember, I said that 9 times thing? So by the time I talk a certain way, it’s because I said it 9 times”

We don’t disrespect each other, but we do say what we feel and in any delivery but we’re men enough to be like we listen to the substance of the word. We will never put our hands on each other no matter how we talk to each other because we don’t go that far you know it’s no suck my d***.None of that type shit. We can always say how we feel regardless of the tone. The test is if you can listen to the word. I’m just a test. It shouldn’t matter how I say it if I’m gonna get you some money.”
